Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide personal styling advice.

  • Assist with sizing/fit to ensure every customer leaves happy.

  • Maintain store presentation and attractive visual merchandising.

  • Support daily operations: restocking, POS, and general housekeeping.

  • Answer customer queries in store and by phone with outstanding service.

Requirements

  • Retail experience, preferably in fashion.

  • Strong communication skills; warm, helpful attitude.

  • Genuine passion for style, trends, and premium service.

  • Confidence in giving personal advice and outfit recommendations.

Graphic Designer — Blake & Rose Jewellery

Do you turn brand stories into distinctive visuals? We’re seeking a versatile, brand-driven Graphic Designer to elevate our premium aesthetic across digital and print.

Responsibilities

  • Translate brand strategy into strong concepts and consistent assets (logo applications, typography, colour, iconography).

  • Design social content, email templates, website banners, landing pages, and ads.

  • Layout of lookbooks, packaging, labels, and in-store POS materials.

  • Contribute to campaign concepts and compelling visual storytelling.

  • Image selection, light retouching, and coordinating (product) photography when needed.

  • Guard and evolve the brand identity; maintain an up-to-date brand guide and asset library.

  • Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, and retail to meet deadlines and ensure consistency.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ experience as a (junior/medior) Graphic Designer, ideally in fashion/retail/lifestyle.

  • Strong portfolio showing brand-consistent work (campaigns, social, print, digital).

  • Excellent Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Figma a plus.

  • Understanding of web basics (responsive assets, file formats) and print/DTP (pre-press specs).

  • Sharp eye for detail, typography, and composition; premium aesthetic and trend awareness.

  • Proactive, organised, able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Motion/animation (After Effects) or basic video editing.

  • CRO/UX know-how for conversion-focused visuals.

  • Affinity with photography (art direction or basic shooting).
